Prior to founding PHG, Brian was a Vice President at Blackstone in the Credit group, where he closed on $4bn+ of loans to support buyouts, recaps and growth of middle-market companies. Brian began his career in the investment banking group at Perella Weinberg Partners, focused on corporate restructuring and M&A.

B.S. cum laude from the Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management at Cornell University

Adam Gottlieb

Co-Founder & Co-CEO of PHG

Prior to founding PHG, Adam was a Vice President at A&M Capital, a $4bn private equity fund with a focus on buy & builds, where he executed numerous acquisitions, primarily in the facility and business services industries. Adam began his career in the investment banking group at Perella Weinberg Partners, focused on M&A and corporate restructuring.
