Brian Bank

Prior to founding PHG, Brian was a Vice President at Blackstone in the Credit group, where he closed over $4.5 billion in loans to support buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth initiatives for middle-market companies.

Brian’s career began at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he worked in the investment banking group, specializing in M&A and corporate restructuring.

Adam Gottlieb

Prior to founding PHG, Adam was a Vice President at A&M Capital, a $5.5bn private equity firm, where he primarily focused on buy & build strategies across the facility services, distribution and government services industries, having acquired over 20 founder-owned businesses. Adam began his career in the investment banking group at Perella Weinberg Partners where he advised on >$5bn of M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.
