Prior to founding PHG, Adam served as Vice President at A&M Capital, a $5.5 billion private equity firm. There, he specialized in buy & build strategies across facility services, distribution, and government services sectors, overseeing the acquisition of over 20 founder-owned businesses.
Adam started his career in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he advised on more than $5 billion in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions.
